The hotel is stunningly beautiful. the location in the middle of Jackson is great. the room is reasonably spacious and exceptionally nice. the staff is very friendly. the breakfast offered is exceptional with a good variety of options.

We stayed in an a double room and it was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and had plenty of meals. The staff was nice and exceptional. Location: the hotel was next to the river-great to come back to after a day of exploring and restaurants and bars and the city center.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious, and we loved the coffee shop with its own beans. the location was ideal, with a peaceful atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring.

There were some issues with privacy due to transparent curtains and no wifi in the room. the water pressure was low, and occasionally there were problems with hot water.

The room is large, which is something I truly enjoyed. the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and really care about the guests. This property is in a stunning location, really close to the city center and restaurants, banks, taxis, and the river - great to come back to after a day of exploring.
